No. These necklaces are not to be chewed on. Choose the appropriate sized necklace for your baby so the baby cannot get the necklace into his/her mouth. So, long enough to go around your little one's neck for comfort, but not so long that they are putting it in their mouth.
How Do I Select the Right Size?
The Baltic amber necklaces come in two sizes: small (11-11.5 inches) and medium (12-12.5 inches). It should not be so loose that the child can lift it up into his/her mouth, but it should not be so tight that it will be uncomfortable.You should try the necklace on the baby to gauge the proper fit or measure using a piece of yarn.
